Dr. Renjit Das is an accomplished medical professional with extensive expertise in intensive care medicine, hospital management, and healthcare strategy development. He is currently working as a Chief Resident Physician in Intensive Care Unit of Farrer Park Hospital. With over four decades of experience, he has served in diverse capacities, including Senior Resident in the Critical Care Unit at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, where he specializes in stabilizing critically ill patients, resuscitation procedures, and managing air ambulance transports across Southeast Asia. Dr. Das holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Healthcare Management, a Master of Health Science (Management), and specialized certifications in palliative care, mental health, and critical care. Beyond clinical excellence, he has contributed to healthcare education as a visiting lecturer at Nanyang Technological University and has demonstrated proficiency in policy-making and structural management within hospital systems. Passionate about enhancing healthcare delivery, Dr. Das combines his medical acumen with leadership skills to drive quality and innovation in patient care. Professor Lim also serves the adjunct professor (Men’s Health) at Edith Cowen University, Western Australia & Honorary Professor (Urology & Andrology), HT University Naval Medical School, Indonesia. Additionally. He has an overseas appointment as chief medical officer & chairman of the Medical Board of the Paramount Medical Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With research interests and specialities in andrology, erectile dysfunction, incontinence and general urology, Dr Lim has authored many articles published in peer-review journals and has contributed to nine previous books. Amongst honours conferred on him are the Honorary Membership of the Institute of Urology, London (1992), the Singapore Urological Association Lectureship of the Year 2001, Honorary Membership of the Thai Urological Association 2011, and the Eminent Scientist of the Year 2003 Award from the IRPCWSC.
